The ESC of the Western Reserve is offering support for strategic services in school districts. The pace of change in education has proven that five and ten year plans are too rigid and no longer work for schools. Strategic planning should include a high level of stakeholder engagement leading to a long range vision with strategic priorities. This process can be an excellent way to re-center and overcome any divide resulting from the pandemic.
