Summary: The ESCWR is searching for Job Coaches. A Job Coach will work with special education students in a ~5:1 ratio while on the job. They will identify natural supports in the workplace that the student can use for job support, transportation, and social connections; and communicate with the student about specific work/social skills needed for the particular employment position. Summary: We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals to work one-on-one with special needs students as an Educational Aide/Student Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis in our Twinkle program at the Metzenbaum Center in Chesterland. An Educational Aide/Student Assistant provides instructional, physical, and social-emotional assistance in a caring and nurturing environment to meet the unique needs of students with Individual Education Plans. Summary: The ESCWR is searching for flexible, compassionate individuals to work on a substitute part-time, on-call basis as a teacher in our special education classrooms in districts throughout Lake and Geauga counties. Click here for additional information, or to apply.
