What: Explore self care techniques and develop new habits for a healthier and happier work experience.  This session will review how stress affects the brain and body followed by ways to mitigate stress in the workplace and beyond.  Easy to implement habits and action steps for improved physical, social, emotional well-being will be shared.

Cost:  $25 per person for Lake or Geauga County School Districts, $50 per person for districts outside of Lake or Geauga County
