REGISTRATION DETAILS:

These trainings are offered for teachers, any and all school staff, school counselors, social workers, and administrators in order to provide basic education and information about LGBTQ+ youth.  Additionally, these follow up training are an extension of learning that was offered by Navigate Counseling at the October LACA meeting.

This session will help you understand what an unconscious bias is, and why it plays a role in our decision making. How to overcome your unconscious bias. Becoming self aware, and managing your behavior.
