What: ‘Spreading Hope, Help and Strength’: Sources of Strength is a K-12 evidence-based program for suicide and violence prevention. This strength and skill-based model uses the power of connection with caring adults, a youth empowerment model and basic brain science to develop students’ 8 signature strengths; Generosity, Mentors, Positive Friends, Physical Health, Mental Health, Family Support, Spirituality, and Healthy Activities. Sources is an HB 123 approved program.
