Superintendent Dr. Josh Englehart Awarded the John Weiss Administrator of the Year Award for 2019
The Lake County Educational Service Center is proud to announce that Superintendent Dr. Josh Englehart is the recipient of the John J. Weiss Administrator of the Year Award for 2019. Dr. Englehart received this award on Friday August 2, 2019 at the 2019 Leadership Symposium. Dr. Englehart is beginning his second year as superintendent with the Painesville City local schools.
This award is given annually by the Lake County Educational Service Center to recognize an individual who demontrates the characteristics of John J. Weiss, a former Riverside teacher, administrator and former Director of The Lake Academy. Throughout 47 years in education, Weiss has been highly respected and exemplified excellence in educational leadership. Dr. Englehart is recognized for exhibiting many of the qualities possessed by Weiss. Painesville City Local School District Administrators nominated Dr. Enlehart saying "He works tirelessly for the students and families in PCLS, not only through a laser-focus on improving curriculum and instruction, but aslo through his work with a multitute of community agencies and leaders , parent groups, and student groups." The Lake County Educational Service Center congratulates Dr. Josh Englehart for all of his ackomplishments as well as his dedication to the students that attend Painesviille City Local Schools.
