LEAD Programs
LEAD (Learn, Experience, Achieve, Develop) is designed for students who thrive best in a non-traditional, self-contained environment with support from caring, experienced professionals and support staff.
LEAD offers flexible services designed for students who struggle with emotions and behaviors. Programming is developed with each student’s success in mind. A team of educational experts will assist your IEP team to identify the best placement for your student. An “Admission Rubric” will be utilized to identify the level of services that will be required for individual students. The LEAD team works with students, families, and IEP teams toward the students’ long-term educational goals. Successful transition to the least restrictive environment is in the forefront of the goals for each student with the LEAD team initiating the process when a student is ready. Our philosophy is student centered and there is an emphasis on successful transitions for every student.
